Gillman Barracks

What am I looking at?
Whilst out in Singapore we took a day out to see some art. Gillman Barracks is a former army base which has been converted into a complex of over 20 galleries.

Looks picturesque. See anything good?
We saw a lot of things. Our favourites included the 3D animated film by Sun Xun which was created by layering woodcuts. Being fellow scanner enthusiasts we enjoyed Angki Purbandono's lightbox photographic series of Japan. We were also lucky enough to see the launch of the Singapore gif art festival.

Anything else?
Nino is currently going through photographs from our Singapore trip. You can see the highlights on our Nino Tumblr page.

Great. Thanks. Bye.
